Public and Visual Arts Council

澳门六合彩平台网站投注鈥檚 Public and Visual Arts Council works to increase the presence of public art to:

  • Inspire, invigorate, and challenge students, faculty, staff, and visitors to our campuses聽聽
  • Generate creative vitality and provide places for contemplation聽聽
  • Reflect the diverse cultures and dimensions of our society聽聽
  • Enhance and animate our existing built and natural environments聽聽
  • Provide destinations and way-finding milestones聽聽
  • Express the intrinsic value of the arts to our institution and its mission聽聽
  • Contribute to the public image of 澳门六合彩平台网站投注 and enhance its standing among peer universities

The Public and Visual Arts Council reviews proposals and makes recommendations to the president, executive vice president, and provost. The council is appointed by the executive vice president and provost and convened and led by the and includes campus representatives with experience in arts, architecture, design, and more.

Get Involved!

Undergraduate or graduate students can apply to serve on the Public and Visual Arts Council, whose work helps to uplift the university as a global destination for creativity and the arts. Terms are for one year beginning July 1, 2024, with the option to renew.
