Whiplash seems a fitting word to describe the last two years. While the pandemic has been a source of massive disruption in all of our lives, it鈥檚 ripple effects have also accelerated the digital revolution. Virtual constraints have paved the way for new innovations and have made technology more central to the strategy of nearly every business. Industry leaders have been forced to reimagine the way work gets done and have been challenged to consider a complex web of questions and implications around productivity, collaboration, safety, and employee experience.聽
As more and more companies deploy phased plans for return to work, we want to take a moment to acknowledge this unique moment in history. As we continue our sesquicentennial celebrations, we want to hear how Hokies across all industries are doing. Not only that, we want Hokies to be able to learn from one another and share advice, stories, wins, and lessons learned. That鈥檚 why we've launched Hokies at Work.
